I hired her because I´m moving countries in 2 months, even though the job description had a clear end date and it was also mentioned in the interview I had with her, after the very first day she started, she sent me a message at twelve am stating that she wouldn't be coming the next day basically because she didn't realized august was so close and she was looking for a long term family, I told her that I understood but she was putting me on a tough spot cancelling me last minute and if she could please give me a few days to find a replacement and she left me on read, didn´t even had the decency to answer back. Also worth to mention she arrived 20 minutes past the agreed starting time and didn't let me know beforehand
