About Marie

I'm fairly new to the area and am looking for occasional babysitting or pet sitting jobs. I have a cheerful and positive demeanor. I love finding creative activities and interacting with kids. I also am often giving encouragement to parents, too. My previous experience includes : - Experience with children 2 weeks old through high school age - In high school and college as a classroom assistant and then a toddler lead teacher at a few early childcare learning centers - Full-time professional nanny for 3 years for two children and a year with another family with two children, one of whom was autistic - 5 years working with at-risk teens with a youth outreach program - 2 years as a special ed assistant at a high school - EMT basic certification (now expired) - 9 years as a 911 dispatcher (includes Emergency Medical Dispatcher)
