I am a preschool teacher and a current nanny with a lot of experience working with young children and all the requirements(CPR and First Aid, TB test). I have a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. My educational background as preschool teacher is in Infant/Toddler Development which helps me understand how children grow and what to expect at what age. Plus, I am native French speaking (but fluent in English) if you are looking to give your child a bi-lingual education. I also have a car and a clean driving record. I live in Oakland. Marie is an amazing Nanny and extended family member. She has watched Marina since she was 5 months old and took exceptional notes for me as a nervous first time mom. She also observed what my daughter liked and didn’t and made helpful recommendations around food, diapers, nap patterns etc. She is also a consummate professional, over 3 years she was never late or sick (even though we were). She is trustline certified, has CPR, early childhood education, speaks and sings, folds clothes in a way I didn’t think possible, and made my Tupperware cabinet look like it was a magazine ad. I could not have done the transition back to work without her, and my family and I still cherish her to this day.
