Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past 10 years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, honoring their independence and well-being. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR Training. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build strong connections with those in my care by understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide meal preparation, and communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method.
