About Marie

I returned to nannying/babysitting after retiring from my professional career and joined Care. com over eight years ago. In that time, I have had the pleasure of working with a few families and am currently seeking a new opportunity. Ideally, I am looking for a family seeking approximately 30-40 hours/week between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. I understand the joys and challenges of raising happy and successful children. I have worked hard raising my own four children (2 girls and twin boys), but also within the community as a Lunch Aide, Girl Scout Leader, as well as volunteering for school activities. Some of my favorite activities to do with children include outdoor play, such as taking them to the park and walks, arts & crafts, board and card games, playing school, reading and play dates. In my recent past roles, I have also helped families manage their household by keeping the house tidy, preparing meals, school/activity driving, and assisting with care for family pets.
