I watched infant until 6 years old. Also watched a 2-year-old until 7. Sometimes I watch overnight. I get the children out as much as possible, park, walk, talk about nature and what we see. Breakfast, lunch, dinner no problem. I do not like ultra processed foods and make them nutritious meals. I love playing games, hide and seek, candy land , tic tack toe etc. hate TV but sometimes it happens. I went to Rutgers with a BA in psychology. Masters in social work and became a licensed clinical social worker. Employed by dept of VA as counselor for PTSD and all mental health/anxiety disorders. Experienced 500 hour yoga teacher with All types of yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. My yoga also has been trauma based as required with combat veterans. Also a reiki master. It helped a lot of combat veterans who agreed to reiki Retired in 2013 and lead an active life with swimming, yoga, walking, reading , and strength classes. In addition to this, I teach yoga
