I love children. All ages. I have two grandchildren and they will tell you that Nana does the most fun stuff with them! I love to do arts and crafts, read books, adventure outdoors, play and laugh. I have realized that I am the most happy and fulfilled when I have my grandchildren staying with me (approx. 2x month). I love their energy. We sing, dance, play games, read books, plant things, puddle jump, go to the water park, bake cookies, etc. These are all my favorite things to do. Making an impact on their lives and leaving them with wonderful memories is of utmost importance to me. I have so many fond memories of my own childhood. I believe in respecting children and listening to them. I have recently had a background check and DMV check done through The Rose Circle Mentoring Network in Ashland and can get that information for you.

Marie worked for me about 10 years ago. We have become close personal friends since then. She has lived with my husband and I on several occasions over the years while completing her Master's Degree. I have had numerous opportunities to observe Marie with her grandchildren and with my grandchildren. She is engaging, kind, and respectful of these little people. She has a background in responsible, respectful child rearing and has helped me a great deal in learning new ways to provide guidance to my own grandchildren. I would trust her implicitly with my or anyone else's children.
