Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest reward. With three years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I provide live-in care, personal care, light housekeeping, dementia support, and mobility assistance. My college degree complements my hands-on experience. I am deeply passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. In previous roles, I've had positive experiences that further motivated me to make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me. I adapt to changing routines, and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with ease. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am comfortable with pets, and I speak both English and French. I truly enjoy connecting with families and helping their loved ones live comfortably.
