As a former kindergarten teacher and current mentor for youth facing systemic barriers, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. With three years of experience caring for children of various ages, I am confident in my ability to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly, building strong and meaningful relationships with them. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they're regularly updated about their child's day and any concerns that arise. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development. My fluency in both English and Spanish allows me to cater to a diverse group of families. I hold a college degree, am CPR and First Aid certified, and have a reliable car for transportation.
