I'm currently working in a school and I would be available to work part time in the early afternoon and evenings as well as on the weekends. I have 2 daughters who are recent college grads and I am looking for part time work. I am a homeowner, and a housewife, who also works for the NYC Dept of Education for about 18 years. I'm always surrounded by children, not only own but my young helpers at school along with my nieces and nephews. I'm a very dependable and responsible individual. who is also energetic. I do have a great reputation, and can provide you with references. I do enjoy the outdoors, especially winter sports.

We were in town for my brother's wedding and hired Maribel to babysit our then 19 month old for 2 days. The first day was a trial period and our son immediately warmed up to her. Her years of experience shines through in her comfort, ease and confidence around our son. She was also open to feedback about what works for our little one and what doesn't. On the day of the wedding, she brought toys to keep our little one busy since we stayed at an our rental. We were able to enjoy my brother's wedding because we had no concerns about leaving our son with Maribel. She gave us two updates unprompted and followed our sleep training protocol. Our little one slept as if we were the ones who put him to sleep. it was wonderful to work with Maribel. She's experienced as well as open to feedback. I wish lived in our neighborhood so she can be our go-to-babysitter. I highly recommend Maribel and would hire her again when we're in NY.
