My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and run errands. I communicate with families through written daily reports and regular text or phone call updates. I have a high school degree, a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's day is what I find most rewarding.
