Hi, my name is Mia and I am a speech language pathologist. I've been working with kids since I was 14 and absolutely love it. I started babysitting families that I knew and then started working in daycares. I worked primarily with babies, toddlers, and young school-age children but I enjoy kids of all ages. I love going outside to play, taking them on walks, or reading books. I also really like doing crafts based on seasons or things that the child loves. I have helped with homework and cleaned up after them in addition to putting them to sleep. I am very respectful, trustworthy, and reliable, and will go the extra step to make you and your kids feel comfortable! In my free time, I like to go to the beach, watch movies, and eat ice cream! Mia is warm, extremely engaging, fun and caring towards my children. She is also very bright and responsible. She has a lot of experience working with children and my kids just adore her. Mia has maturity and judgement beyond her years with the energy, joy and creativity that kids love in a college age babysitter. I cannot recommend her more highly. If she lived closer she would be my first choice for taking care of my kids. She is also self isolating with her mother and will continue to abide by strict social distancing rules.
