Carmen took care of our kids for the last three years from birth to preschool time. She's one of the most reliable people I know. I think she missed one day of work in that whole time. Her disposition with our two girls was excellent. When they were throwing tantrums I never once witnessed her lose her patience with them. Carmen also cooked healthy meals from scratch for them, drove them around town to children's events, and had play dates set up with other kids. My children also understand and speak Spanish in addition to English with Carmen's help. Lastly, Carmen really knows children. My child has a medical issue two doctors missed. Carmen kept insisting something wasn't right and we finally had her diagnosed. Luckily our child is fine now but it might not have ended up that positive if Carmen wasn't so in tune with our children. You should absolutely hire Carmen. You will have peace of mind your children are well looked after
