I have 20 years experience in nursing assistance and home health. My main goal is to provide quality care assist patient on their daily activities and maintain independence. The following services are: reminding medications, assisting with meals and feeding, monitoring patient activity, providing companionship, entertaining(games, crafts, reading), assisting with mobility, organizing reading mail, assist with personal care(bathing, grooming, dressing etc.), running errand s(prescription pick up, dry cleaning), grocery shopping, escorting to appointment and social events and provide light housekeeping. I had work for different cases such as: Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, post surgery, diabetic, hospice, etc.
