About Maria

Hi! I'm Maria - a compassionate caregiver dedicated to supporting elderly individuals and people with disabilities. I am HHA certified, Hoyer lift trained, BLS certified, have completed Medical Assistant training courses, and am fully fingerprinted and background checked. I strongly believe in dignity, patience, and going the extra mile. For example, I take the time to style an elderly client's hair instead of just brushing it, because small moments of care can help someone feel confident, respected, and uplifted. The little things matter. I'm trained in: mobility assistance and safe transfers (including Hoyer lift), personal hygiene and bathing, meal prep and feeding support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and fall-risk safety monitoring.
