About Maria

Maria cared for my dad who suffered from strokes and dementia, and I truly feel blessed to have found her on this platform. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and compassionate in everything she did. Because of his dementia, my dad could sometimes become aggressive or rude, but Maria remained patient and understanding at all times. She never took anything personally and always treated him with dignity, kindness, and respect. She assisted with all aspects of his care, including managing his medications, personal care, mobility with gait belt, feeding, and keeping his g-tube site clean. She also provided wonderful companionship, making him laugh, encouraging him to do things on his own, and making sure he exercised. She became so familiar with him and his needs that she would confidently manage nurse and therapy visits on her own. Having Maria gave me true peace of mind. She is incredibly trustworthy and dependable, and she always went above and beyond for our family. Maria worked with my dad for seven months and the only reason she is no longer with us is because my dad passed away. Even after his passing, she continues to check in on my mom, which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. I can’t fully express how grateful I am for the love and care she gave my dad. I will always appreciate everything she did for him and our family.
