About Maria

Hi! I have been working with children for 14years. I have been a nanny for the majority of that time, but I have also worked in a day care and group home setting. I have experience with children aging from 3 months-12 years. I am patient, loving and dedicated. I believe my job as a nanny is to provide a safe, loving and structured environment while the parents are away. I consider myself to be well-balanced in terms of discipline and fun. I believe discipline is important for children to learn a new lesson and to understand boundaries and respect, but I also understand when it is appropriate and which forms are appropriate. The most important thing is that each child is happy, healthy and safe. I love arts/crafts, games, being outdoors, sports, reading, singing, going to parks, being silly, and getting to know each individual child. I look forward to talking with you!
