She is also quite flexible—you can ask her to address specific areas, but she is also very self-directed. For example, I will come home and without having asked, silver items will have been polished. Maria takes pride in her work and cares about doing an excellent job. She is consistently attentive to keeping the whole house clean. Maria has been with us for over two years now and we are extremely pleased with her work. She is excellent.
