I'd describe my personality as patient, creative and funny I like working with kids because working with kids it allows me to contribute to their development with empathy, patience and creativity, I like to see how they grow, learn and gain self-confidence through daily accompaniment I'm looking for a job that to be a space of trust, affection and mutual respect with the family. I highly value open communication with parents and having clarity in the routines, expectations and specific needs of each child. I want to work with families that value emotional support, creative play and positive development from childhood. My goal is that both children and parents feel calm and happy knowing that they are in good hands. I started working with kids when I started working with kids when I was 20 years old in a daycare, I needed to do service and I discovered that it is a job that I love and since then I continue to do it
