About Maria

My name is Maria, and I am a responsible, caring, and dependable caregiver with over two years of childcare experience. I am currently relocating to Connecticut and looking for a childcare or Family Assistant opportunity. I have experience with school pick-ups and drop-offs, homework, meal and snack preparation, activities, and transportation to extracurriculars. I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and structured environment while building strong relationships with children and encouraging independence and confidence. I am also happy to help with children's laundry, organizing bedrooms and play areas, simple meal preparation, dishes, and keeping common areas tidy. I am punctual, patient, organized, proactive, and trustworthy. I have a valid driver's license, my own reliable vehicle, and I am comfortable driving children when needed. I am a native Portuguese speaker with intermediate English and Spanish. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to connecting with your family!
