Maria is great! She's not just on time, she's early. She is very communicative by asking all the right questions to provide the best care and she also sent pictures that reassured me that my 20 month old was happy. I like the fact that she took my daughter outside to play and recognized my daughter's high level of independence and didn't baby her because of her age. She treated my daughter as if she was her family. She unloaded my dishwasher for me y'all. She's such a great help. I'll be rehiring her in the future. 10 out of 10 recommend.
