My name is Maria. I have be working as an elementary public school teacher for 31 years. Currently, I teach second grade. I have also taught grades 1, 3, and 5. I have experience working with Special Education students in an inclusion setting, and work one-on-one with special ed students privately. I am available to tutor afternoons and some evenings during the school year. Also, I am a mother of four with a lot of experience working with children. I do not have a Special Education certificate, but I've been trained to work with children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, sensory disorders, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities.
