Maria worked for me for three years, my biggest disappointment was that we had what I thought was a good healthy working relationship and after being away for four months and paying her upfront for the entire four months when I got back, she quit the job by text no notice just left me high and dry. I treated her fairly kindly and with respect and did not receive the same in the end from her. I was gravely disappointed in the way she handled her exit. Beware that this may happen to you. In the text where she quit, she thanked me for being one of the best bosses she ever had. Then why leave the way she did? Would not give me the courtesy of a return phone call.
