About Maria

I am a native Spanish speaker from Venezuela with more than a decade of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I have a postgraduate degree focused on behavioral health in children and adolescents, giving me a strong understanding of how to connect with children and adapt to their individual learning styles and needs. I offer Spanish tutoring and conversational practice in a patient, encouraging, and engaging environment. Sessions can include conversation, reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, games, and interactive activities based on your child's age and Spanish level. Spanish is my native language, and I am currently learning English. While my spoken English is limited, I am comfortable using translation tools when needed. My approach emphasizes learning through Spanish conversation and immersion, helping children become more comfortable understanding and speaking Spanish naturally.
