Hi, I'm Maria! I am an outgoing and hardworking professional, a mother of two, and a dedicated caretaker. For 15 years, I served as a nun--an experience that ignited my passion for supporting people in need and building genuine, lasting connections. Today, I combine that compassionate background with proven professional experience in property and business management, where I am accustomed to leading teams, organizing operations, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Originally from Guatemala, I am a native Spanish speaker with very limited English, but I view every day as an opportunity to learn. I also bring certified skills in caregiving (HHA, CPR, and First Aid). Whether I am managing an operational budget, coordinating community needs, or providing hands-on care and great conversation for the elderly, I approach every day with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous learning.
