About Maria

I have approximately 15 years of experience caring for those with neurological and physical impairments. I have an older brother with severe autism whom I supported thoughout my younger years before supporting my mother who had a stroke in 2011. I moved on to work in caregiving at the age of 18. Now in my professional life, I have worked as a behavioral therapy for 3 years before moving on to teach full time as a Faculty Mentor at a nonprofit for teens and young adults with neurological differences. This is my passion and I aim to provide the best care possible.
