Hello there! My name is Maria. I am an aspiring dietitian(RD) that loves to teach young children & their families about incorporating healthy habits into their lifestyle. I am family oriented and love kids. Prior to my education in nutrition, I pursed a degree in Child Development in which I learned about the importance of developmental milestones and communication with young children. I have 4 years of experience with infants and toddlers specifically ages 3 months - 5 years old which includes baby-led weaning, sleep training, exposure to sights/senses, tummy time, music/dancing, reading, taking walks to the park, etc. I also help out with laundry, dishes, and light housekeeping as needed. I am pet-friendly and don't mind pets in the home (all breeds). I have my own transportation and am fully vaccinated (Covid and flu).

Words can’t express my gratitude for Maria! She is absolutely amazing. She cared for my 2 month old, as well as my 10 and 5 year old. I’ve never left my kids with anyone except for family, and I was so nervous about leaving my newborn with someone, but Maria was great in every way. She reassured me and understood my worries. She is sweet and nurturing to my baby and was so sweet with my older kids, too. My 10 and 5 year old said she’s the best sitter ever, which is music to my ears. She’s also very communicative and punctual. I’m so happy to have found her. She already feels like part of the family, and that was so important to me when looking for the right person to care for my most prized possessions.
