Maria has been an excellent caregiver to our son for six months now. Our son will be 13 months soon and will be starting daycare as this is what we always planned for him but we will be so sad for Maria to leave us. Maria started when our son was six months old and has built a strong bond with him. He is excited to see her in the mornings when she arrives and always happy and well taken care of when she leaves. This is our first baby and we are quite particular with his schedule and actives and Maria has implemented every technique we’ve asked her to from baby led weaning to sleep training when we wanted to try and back to more gentle methods when that didn’t work for us. She has helped us adjust his schedule as his sleep needs changed and is helping us adapt his schedule to prepare him for daycare. Our son has developed well reaching all his milestones with Maria taking care of him. She checks in on him on her days off and genuinely cares for our baby. She has never once lost her patience with our son and is always happy to see him.Maria has always been reliable and communicative. She will always remain a part of our family and we certainly hope for her to continue to watch our son as her schedule allows!
