About Maria

Growing up in an adult family care home, I developed a genuine love for connecting with and caring for the elderly. My upbringing instilled in me a deep understanding of their needs and a passion for providing compassionate support. With four years of experience, I strive to create a comfortable environment built on trust and understanding of each individual's preferences. I am patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I provide verbal updates during visits, regular texts, or phone calls, and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am also trained in CPR and first aid. Also I'm a NAR and working on getting my CNA. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation and so much more. Furthermore, I have experience de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. Ultimately, I want to use my skills to provide the best possible care for your loved one.
