Caring for others is more than a job for me; it's a calling. In my 30+ years of experience as a caregiver I have cared for children with special needs, and elderly adults with dementia and limited mobility. My passion for supporting adults and seniors stems from positive experiences in previous care roles. I enjoy providing companionship and being of service. I bring a compassionate, professional, and nurturing approach to my work. I'm detail-oriented and adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility, dementia, and medical management. I respect my client's independence while honoring the wishes and care goals of their family, communicating updates via their preferred method. CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my experience and dedication to your family.
