About Maria

Unlocking a student's creative potential is my greatest passion. With three years of experience, I specialize in helping students from elementary school through college explore the world of Art. I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment where every student feels comfortable to grow. I assess your unique learning style through open communication and regular check-ins to ensure our sessions remain effective. When concepts feel challenging, I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement to keep motivation high. I believe clear communication is the foundation of a successful partnership, as it builds the trust necessary to reach your goals. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I am eager to help you discover your artistic voice and build your confidence in every session.
