Since I was a kid, I've always wanted to have different kinds of pets, from big dogs to rats. Now as an adult, I understand that it is a bit of a commitment as each animal has their own individual and unique needs based on species and personality. I, myself am currently a proud bird owner to a grumpy 40-year-old macaw who previously came from a bad home. It took 2 years just for him to not lash out at me and another 2 years to finally have him free roam and interact outside the cage, much to my mother's dismay. It took a lot of patience, research, and some nasty bites, but it paid off in the end as we should have another 30-40 years together. While that was a feat for a college student, I believe I can show the same love and care for your beloved companion. I can assure you that I am reliable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your pet is safe and healthy.
