About Mariann

Mariann K. has been a nanny to our two children (now 7 and 4) for the past year and a half, and it is with sadness that we do not need her help anymore, as both of our children have just begun school full-time. Our family has very much liked having her in our home. The children loved her from the moment she began caring for them. She is loving and fun, which is great for them, but also responsible and conscientious, which has been great for us. Mariann is always on time, which has been important, since she has been responsible for picking our daughter up from school. She also has been very flexible anytime we asked her to come in early or stay late. She has actively arranged play dates for our daughter, often hosting more than one child at our house. We both work, and it has been nice never to worry that our daughter wasn't getting enough social activity. Our son, who has not always a great listener, behaves really well for Mariann, because of her loving yet firm manner, and he adores her. Both children are excited at the prospect of Mariann coming to take care of them. She has also prepared meals as needed for our children and taken them to swim lessons, music classes, etc., and it has been wonderful feeling like she shares in their progress and joy. Mariann is professional, enthusiastic and loving, and any family would be lucky to have her. If anyone would like to talk with me further, I am happy to share more of our experience with her.
