About Marianne

Hi! I'm Marianne. I've got 3 years of experience babysitting kids ages 1 to 6, and little ones are genuinely my favorite people. I was born and raised in Lebanon with a big pile of younger cousins, so kids have been my whole life since before I can remember. I speak French, Arabic, and English. My day job is in civil engineering. I have a master's in urban planning from UT and just started full-time with a general contractor. But time with kids is the part of my week I look forward to most. I love getting kids off screens and into puzzles, made-up games, or running around outside. I can help with showers, the bedtime routine, and reading, and I'll cook dinner around what the kid likes. I drive too, so transportation's easy. I did school pickups for a family for a year, and I've tutored Arabic before. These days afternoons, date nights, after-hours, and the odd weekend work best. I care a lot about keeping things honest with parents, so you can feel good leaving your kid with me.
