About Marianna

My childcare experience began when I was in middle school, volunteering in my church caring for children 0-5 yrs old. I loved having the opportunity to care for this young group, seeing them learn so much in a short amount of time. I currently teach Sunday School at my church to elementary schoolers. I have babysitting experience caring for children 4-10 yrs old. I have always enjoyed seeing the incredible imagination of this age of children. I am an active participant in this imagination and am not afraid to pretend to be a dinosaur. I am now a middle school teacher and have grown to appreciate this older group of kids. They are wild but are learning to think more critically and figure out who they are. I am passionate about teaching kids as much as I can and encouraging them to be the best people they can be. I am currently searching for summer positions. I am open to any age group and have a flexible schedule. I would be happy to take kids on summer adventures.
