My experiences in previous care roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment to build a strong connection with those in my care. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I'm also skilled in errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have completed CPR Training.
