Mariana worked with my mother for 2 years. My mother has Alzheimers and is a stroke survivor that is non-ambulatory and needs assistance with nearly everything. Mariana was unending upbeat, resourceful, and able to adapt when things didn't go to plan. Mariana is a dedicated staff member and a committed, incredibly hard-working, and dynamic person in general. It was a pleasure to have her in the home each day and she made sure that her engagement with my mother was always positive, which is sometimes difficult with Alzheimers. I cannot recommend her enough as a caregiver. Anyone who works with her is incredibly lucky.
