About Mariana

I began in this field as I've always been passionate about fostering children's development. I come from a large, loving family, and I'm now studying to become a forensic psychologist, specializing in child psychology at North Dakota State University. My four years of experience as a caregiver have taught me to be patient, calm, and creative. I communicate with parents about their child's day through written reports and verbal communication. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and following the parents' lead. The children I care for and their parents love that I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, from outdoor sports to board games to educational games. I can comfortably care for up to five children, from infants to preteens. I'm willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I'm a certified nursing assistant with First Aid and CPR training, and more. I have worked as a CNA and a teacher, working with a variety of people with different needs.
