Mariana has been an exceptional full-time caregiver to our 4 month old and 3 year old girls. She is incredibly loving, caring, intuitive, and is very patient. Any time I was feeding the baby, she would help out around the house in other ways like unloading the dishwasher and cleaning our 3 year old's room. Little things like that helped us out a lot. Her presence and attitude are always so positive and kind. She did a very good job engaging with our baby and would always sing to her and work on tummy time. We all loved practicing our Spanish with her as well, that was one of the best benefits! I am going to be leaving my job to care for both kids, but we will continue to hire Mariana for babysitting jobs. She is the very best and anyone would be very lucky to hire her.
