About Mariana

Current college junior! I've been working in childcare for over 3 years, I've worked with neurodivergent and neurotypical children, I have experience with ages 5-15, and I provide a safe and fun environment for children. I'm passionate about creating a connection with the children I work with while providing a positive role model children can look up to. I'd describe my personality as hardworking, passionate, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I love being a positive influence on children. I feel personal satisfaction seeing a positive outcome or positive change/ growth from a child and knowing I made a positive impact on their lives. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old! In my spare time, I like to read, sing, watch movies, and play videos games. One thing you should know about me is I am 100% always on board! I am passionate about my work and very communicative. My skills include empathy, patience, and problem solving.
