About Mariana

Hi, my name is Mariana I'm currently living in Essex county, NJ. I've been taking care of children for 5 years with different families. within those years I had the opportunity to assist a family's with their kids ages between 6 months and 8 years old. During this time of COVID I have adapted myself to the new challenges that the current situation has brought up, thanks to being someone who adapts easily to changes, is patient and organized. I'm Fully vaccinated in that matter I'm still being responsable about it. My work with the kids can be described as fun, respectful but without losing the focus on the safe development of the child; I'm always willing to go the extra mile with my duties when necessary. I like to work as a teammate with the parents, looking always for good communication, respect and mutual understanding upon our common goal, the children.
