Mariana covers the basics with zero problem. She is as reliable as they come, she’s punctual, she’s nice to the kids, and she does what she’s asked to do. That’s not why you should hire her though. You should hire her because she goes above and beyond. Shes a wonderful role model for the kids. She buys them cold snacks on hot days. She leaves the house in better condition than she found it.
