About Mariana

I have extensive experience working with children in different settings. I graduated in Languages in Brazil and worked as a teacher from 2016 to 2019. After moving to the United States, I worked as an au pair and later as a nanny, gaining valuable experience caring for children of different ages and supporting their daily routines, learning, and development. I also worked closely with autistic children during my time as an au pair and nanny, which helped me develop strong patience, empathy, and adaptability. Currently, I work as a Teacher Assistant at a special education school, a position I have held since September of last year. This role has further strengthened my skills in supporting children with diverse needs in a structured learning environment. I am an excellent driver with a clean record, highly organized, patient, and creative. I love encouraging children's imagination and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for them to grow and thrive.
