About Mariana

Hi! I'm a native Spanish speaker and a Spanish teacher from Argentina, currently living in McLean and planning to become certified to teach in the US in the future. I have experience both in adult education and in caring for young children (ages 0-9). In my most recent job, I worked full-time as a nanny, caring for twin toddlers and their older sister with special needs. I love playing, singing, reading stories, and creating routines that help kids feel safe, happy, and engaged. I'm experienced with diaper changes, bottle feeding, potty training, meal prep, and supporting household routines based on each family's preferences. I'm also happy to communicate with your children in either English or Spanish-whichever your family prefers! I'm very comfortable with pets-I have a kitten at home and I love dogs.
