Miss Mariam took care of our infant daughter from an age of one month till she was about 5 months old. 
During this time, we observed that Mariam was a caring and compassionate caregiver who took really good care of her child. 
She paid attention to all the important things like the baby's hygiene and feeding schedules. 
She made sure that the baby got to go out and soak up some sun everyday. When the baby slept, Mariam regularly offered to help out with chores around the house.

She also has been great at picking up extra hours for date nights, overnight trips and away weekends.  We are only parting ways with Mariam because both of our girls will be in school full time.
