Maria is incredible! I have been using her for years. She is so kind, does well with my dog and most importantly I feel comfortable with her in my home when I’m not there because I know she will be respectful with my personal belongings.

I just starting working with Maria and have had a great experience! She was very quick to communicate and very responsive. She does excellent work and was very open to special asks that are unique to our house & cleaning needs.

Maria is timely, communicative and does a great job cleaning our house every two weeks.

Maria is great - professional and is great with our pups!

Maria took care of my parents home for them. She always did a wonderful job keeping the house clean and fresh. As my parents aged she took on additional work caring for my parents in their home. They loved and valued her so much. My brothers and I will always be grateful for her skills and compassion. She is an exceptional caregiver.

Maria is always very professional and does a great job cleaning my house!

Maria is great! She’s reliable, extremely communicative, and does a great job cleaning our house. Her price is fair. We moved 30 minutes further and she still kept us as clients. We’re so appreciative!

Maria leaves our house sparkling. She takes on extra cleaning tasks as needed and is very flexible with scheduling around meetings! I recommend her highly!

Very nice and professional. I wish I'd found her years ago. I would recommend Maria for your house cleaning needs.

Maria is attentive to detail, reliable, and trustworthy. She is also very flexible. We are very appreciative of her help.

Maria has been a huge help to our family. She does our laundry and helps with cooking. She has been a life saver and we don't know what we would do without her!

Maria has been an incredible help to my family, keeping us tidy and clean.
I love the work she does. She is always on time and my house sparkles when she is done.

Maria has worked for my family for over 1 year, doing laundry and light housekeeping. She is punctual and reliable each and every week, and she is thorough in her work. She has always been responsive to feedback when I want things done a certain way.

I pay Maria a set fee each week, and she just stays until the work is done. Some weeks being longer and some shorter depending how much laundry we have that week! I have generally paid other people that help me with housekeeping as a set fee as well.

Maria and I chatted via Care.com email, text and spoke on the phone multiple times. The first time she was to clean my home, I had to change my schedule so this was not her issue. The second time Maria was scheduled to clean she texted the day before to say that she did not want to work for the hourly amount of $20 that she set during our initial conversation. This second cleaning was set almost a week in advance yet the day before she was to clean she notifies me that she does not want to work by the hour and for the rate she set. I texted her back stating that she could provide an estimate but I received no immediate response. Maria, perhaps was reliable, as noted in the reviews posted several years ago but her more recent posts suggest that she is lacking in integrity and dependability.

This one star review is because I reached out to hire Maria for the job and requested a background check and never heard back. I was very excited about finding her with her amazing reviews, but very discouraged that I never heard back. It has almost been a week and nothing. I can't rate her cleaning or quality of work, but punctuality begins with getting back to someone, and if she can't get back to me quickly, after she reached out to me for the job, then I have to question her dependability. I would have expected some solid communication, even if it was to tell me she was no longer interested in the job - Mindy J.
