About Maria

Hi! My name is Maria and I am an experienced, reliable babysitter with nearly 20 years of childcare experience. I currently live in New Hyde Park near the Garden City border and I ak looking for a morning babysitting/before school position Monday through Friday (or select days), before my full time job in Uniondale which begins at 8 a.m. I have extensive experience helping children start their day, smoothly, including packing lunches, preparing breakfast, getting kids, dressed and ready for school and driving them to school safely and on time. I've also provided evening babysitting while parents are out helped with homework and cared for children of various ages. I'm patient, responsible, and nurturing and I truly enjoy working with children. I have a very close relationship with my 5-year-old niece which has continued to strengthen my love for childcare.
