About Maria

I have been working in child care for the past 13 years. I enjoy working with children and building strong bonds and security. I love watching them develop and grow. I like to facilitate fun and engaging activities. I enjoy seeing children explore, engage in new learning, figure things out, and make discoveries. Working with children is very rewarding, and it's a great joy helping families to care for their children and keep them safe while providing them with a nurturing environment. I have completed 15 credits toward a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. I am first aid and CPR certified. I have my car. I can work with children of all ages and am skilled at preparing healthy snacks and nutritious meals. I can help with homework. I have experience helping with potty training and using different tools to help children achieve this developmental milestone. I am active, responsible, patient, funny, hardworking, and strive for high ethical standards.
