After 4 wonderful years, our family is preparing to send our youngest child to preschool and our beloved nanny is looking for a new job. Maria joined our family when our oldest was just 2 and our youngest was only six weeks old. She has stayed with us through the birth of our third child 2.5 years ago. Maria is like family to us. Maria is a mother of two older children and has so much wisdom as both a parent and nanny. She connects easily with children of many ages. She is very good at dealing with difficult infants, toddlers and even the more complex behavioral issues that arise in older children. She arrives each day enthusiastically and excited to see our children. What has drawn us to Maria more than anything is the knowledge that she is a kind, generous person who really loves our children. And they adore her right back! Maria never seems rushed to leave, is always happy to reflect on the joys and challenges of the day and offers thoughtful insight.
