She was hired for overnight position and slept most of the night. She only checked on the patient twice during the 12 hour shift as she was sleeping most of the time. The patient is a fall risk and therefor when he wakes up the person hired would need to assist him. I feel she had no experience at all even though she states she does. There are other things that I will not get into
